Full-Time Planner

From your “Engagement" to “I Do” we are here for you. Tell us what your Wedding vision is and allow us to plan the Wedding of your dreams!

  • Attend venue meetings and final walk-through details.

  • Contact person for all vendors.

  • Unlimited e-mail and phone advice.

  • Pricing and budgeting.

  • Creation of a Timeline, Contact/Detail List, and Monthly To-Do List to be used by vendors and family.

  • Ensure all details are carried-out as planned and have all vendors follow timeline for the day.

  • Assist with decorations and menu selection.

  • Assist at the wedding rehearsal.

  • Assist the Bride and Groom with all their needs.

  • Day-of Assistants for 8 hours, ​more hours available at an additional charge.

  • Wedding website design and creation at an additional charge.

Part-Time Planner

For couples who have most of their wedding plans in place but need help finalizing details, tying up loose ends, and coordinating with your chosen vendors.
